There were many social dogmas and evils in the past Indian prevelant society for which many preachers and and advocates of social change raise their voice to bring an end to all those practices and social problems.
Raja Ram Mohan Roy through his Brahmo Samaj and Dayananda Saraswati through his Arya Samaj played an important and influential role in eradicating these problems from the society. Finally CMRA( Child Marriage Restraint Act) 1929 came to be enforced. Later on it was amended in 1978 fixing a definite age for marriage. Subsequently, PCMA( Prohibition Child Marriage Act) came to exist in 2006 wherein the legal age of girl child raised from 15 to 18 and that of boy to from 18 to 21. Now, question arises why it should be? It should be because child marriage is a punishable act and marriage before attaining true maturity period is a crime. Early marriage is also discouraging the child to get proper education and continue study. Hence child marriage is a obstacle on the way of their mental and physical growth also. Child marriage can not create sex consciousness among them for which many social issues are also coming. Mother’s and children’s mortality ratio in the delivery stage is also rising due to child marriage because mother’s womb might has not been developed properly at that time. Above all the development of child is far most important for us we should look after the sustainable growth of child for better India and better future and also avoid child marriage before attaining the reasonable age.
Thanking you

Its like you learn my thoughts! You seem to know a lot about this, like you wrote the e book in it or something.
I believe that you could do with a few p.c. to drive the message home a little bit, however instead of that, this is magnificent
blog. An excellent read. I’ll certainly be back.
